Welcome to Dr Clark, NYC’s first Hokkaido restaurant and karaoke bar. Dr. William Clark was an American agriculturalist hired by Japan in 1876 to help cultivate Hokkaido’s vast land and natural resources. He was instrumental in defining the food and science culture of Hokkaido. Now, we would like to introduce Hokkaido to America!
